Earth Day at E.M.C. was very productive. Not only did the students learn about taking care of the environment in class, they also went outside and worked around the building to make it beautiful. Each grade level was given a job to do around the school. First graders picked up leaves, second graders planted flowers, and fourth graders pulled weeds in the flowerbeds. It was hard work, but also a lot of fun!
