End-of-Year Meal Account Reminders from Food Services

Please see the important end-of-year Food Services reminders below regarding students' meal accounts:

1. Please pay any negative balances before the end of the school year.  Payment can be made free of charge via cash or check made payable to SASD Cafeteria Account.  For online payments, visit MySchoolBucks.com.  Please note there is a $3.50 service fee charge each time an account is funded.  Souderton Area School District does not collect this fee.
    
2. Seniors must pay off their negative balances before they can collect their cap and gown at senior checkout on June 4, 2026.
    
3. High school students with a negative balance may not purchase a parking permit until the balance is paid in full.
    
4. Student balances stay with the student throughout their career in the district as they change schools.   
    
5. If you have a graduating senior in your family with a positive balance, we will transfer the remaining funds to a younger sibling.  For a senior with no younger sibling, a refund check will be mailed within 30 days of graduation.  Parents may also choose to donate the remaining balance to a family in need.  To donate, please contact the Food Services Department at 215-723-6061 ext. 10213 or e-mail to jgheorghiu@soudertonsd.org.
