  4. Jessie’s BBQ Fundraiser - Jessie’s BBQ Night is Wednesday, April 23. A portion of the day's proceeds come to EMC. 
     
  5. PSSA Testing for Grades 3-5. Click here for more information.  
    - English Language Arts Testing April 23-25  
    - Math Testing April 28-29  
    - Science Grade 5 Only April 30- May 1  
     
  6. After School Garden Art Painting Club Session#1 - Monday, April 28 from 3:30-4:30pm.  Pick up students at the APR lobby porch.  
     
  7. Day/Lemonade Day - Friday, May 2: Wear Yellow Day! EMC is celebrating the grit and perseverance our students have shown this school year. Remember to wear your “I Have Grit” T-Shirts or wear yellow.     
     
  8. EMC School Store and Spirit Day - Our last Schoolwide School Store will be on Wednesday, May 7. This date will be easy to remember because it is also our School Spirit Day! Please send money is in an envelope and labeled:      
    School Store, your child’s name, and money amount.         
    The items cost $0.50-$2.00. Please do not send bills larger than $10. Students are allowed to purchase up to 4 items per school store day. See the flyer and price sheet.   
      
  9. Cell Phones and Smartwatches - Please remember, if you are sending your child to school with a cell phone or Smartwatch, the students must turn their phones/watches off during the day and store them in their bookbags. 
     
  10. Attendance Reminder - To report an absence, late or early dismissal, please email EMC’s attendance office at: Attendemc@soudertonsd.org.
             
  11. Dismissal Reminder - Reminder to our students who are walkers or car riders- Please make sure you are heading to your car or on your way home at dismissal. Do not stop and play in our front yard, the crossing guards are only able to help for a limited time and the car traffic needs to keep moving. Thank you for your help!
